Last weekend (August 1-2), 777 Booking hosted Northwest Hardcore Fest, a two-day gathering of local and international hardcore bands. The lineup featured Dying Wish, All Out War, Whispers, Point of Contact, Slime, Soul Search, Witness Chamber, Scalp, and more.
No Echo caught up with the festival's organizers to get their thoughts on this year's edition:
"NWHC Fest ‘26 has arguably been our favorite year of the fest to date - The smaller, more intimate venue, the parking lot hangs, the absolutely insane All Out War set, and the multitude of friends behind the scenes made this year really special. We had a lot of challenges this year booking the fest, from switching dates with most of the lineup already booked, venue cancellations, bands dropping, all to end up with arguably our best lineup yet.
"We ended up with what we think was a near-perfect lineup, featuring bands from as far away as Southeast Asia and Australia. It’s an honor to be able to extend an invitation to artists that may not otherwise make it to our little corner of the world, and seeing everyone, both bands and attendees, have such a good time all weekend long was fucking awesome, and we can’t wait to do it again next year."
