Their formation story:
“Lock It Down formed around five months ago. Logan and Mack, both of our guitar players, have known each other for a long time. They messaged me (Jax) through Instagram asking me to move from Chicago to San Marcos, Texas, to be in the band.”
Their sound in their own words:
“We’re a thrash metal/crossover band with very fast guitars and aggressive vocals. We take a lot of influence from Power Trip and Sepultura."
Latest release info:
“Our newest release is our demo. It’s 15 minutes long, on all streaming platforms, and consists of five songs plus a cover of Sepultura’s ‘Stronger Than Hate.’”
Future plans:
“We’re really looking to play as many shows as possible, set up tours, and just write as much as we can.”
