Channeling the heavy, no-frills energy of '90s and early 2000s hardcore, No Echo would like to introduce our readers to Locked Down. Calling Prescott, Arizona, home, the quartet draws inspiration from bands such as Terror, Madball, Hatebreed, and Bury Your Dead.
Over the last few years, Locked Down has shared stages and toured with bands they grew up listening to, including Madball, Skarhead, Countime, Hoods, 97 Minutes, DFL, End Days, and Your Own Destroyer.
Since dropping their sophomore album, Don't Look Back, in March, Locked Down has kept a steady presence on the road, playing alongside Madball, Scarhead, Hoods, DFL, and 97 Minutes.
Today, No Echo is pleased to help premiere the music video for "Hang Your Head," a track from their LP:
With direction from Zack Duke and editing by Raysquared Visuals, the "Hang Your Head" video captures Locked Down in their element. The clip cuts between live footage and the band ripping it up at their rehearsal spot in the Grand Canyon State.
"This is just the video evidence of a weekend out with the boys," says bassist Christian Hendricks. "When we're not working, this is what we do!"
