Hot on the heels of their recent announcement of new records from both Shook Ones and Morning Again, Revelation Records is at it again. This time, the iconic hardcore label has teamed with No Echo to let everyone know that they'll be dropping a new 7" from Bay Area greats Tørsö. The EP is titled Build and Break and will be released by Revelation Records in January 2019.

Formed in 2013 by Punch guitarist Ktrü and Holy drummer Giancomo, Tørsö is completed by bassist Jasmine (Neo Cons, Everybody Row) and vocalist Ethan (Ritual Control). With a sound that brings together the crude rawness of D-beat with the sonics and spirit of late '80s NYHC, the band's lyrics tackle issues of veganism, politics and feminism, at a time when the world needs it the most.

Tørsö has previously worked with such labels as Sorry State Records and Agipunk, and have toured with the likes of American Nightmare and FireBurn.

In addition to their touring, Tørsö have been staples of such punk fests as Damaged City in DC and Sound and Fury in Los Angeles. This coming weekend (Oct. 11—14) at Not Dead Yet Fest in Toronto. The festival will also include performances from Turnstile, Impalers, Angel Du$t, Sheer Mag, and many other killer outfits.

Tørsö's Build and Break 7" will be released in January 2019 via Revelation Records with pre-orders coming in December. Follow Torso on Facebook and Bandcamp.
