In the latest episode of 100 Words or Less: The Podcast, host Ray Harkins gets the lowdown from Ryan Downey, a name probably familiar to many No Echo readers. Currently an entertainment journalist and podcast host himself, Ryan used to front the band Burn It Down in the late '90s. He's also worked in management, helping such bands as Throwdown, Bleeding Through, and Demon Hunter throughout the years.
