Outside of the fact that they're based out of Portland, OR, that's all the info I have on Dead Country.
What I can tell you is that their demo track, "Rope Around My Neck" is a banger of the filthy hardcore variety. There's thrashy riffing, tempo shifts, and all-around moshy goodness going on in the song.
Though not full-on Entombedcore like Skinfather and Gatecreeper, there's also a certain death metal vibe to some of the guitar parts, especially during the last section of the song that works nicely. I will say that this is a killer song for Dead Country to introduce themselves to the public and I look forward to hearing more from the PDX crew.
I guess we'll have to wait and see what else Dead Country put up on their Bandcamp page in the near future.
